GODSPELL THE MUSICAL
Godspell is a musical based on the Gospel of Matthew. "Godspell" is old middle-english for "gospel." It was a hit on Broadway in the early 1970s, and a popular movie was made of the show. The original show is returning to Broadway this fall. The most well-known song from the show is "Day by Day." In a fun, high-energy way, the show portrays Jesus teaching his disciples.
